What Happens & Class Times

60 minutes of fun! 3 classes in 1!

Starting with a warm-up, evolving to a fat-burning pace to jump start weightloss

There are specific exercises using resistance bands, park benches and pilates, at intervals along the way.

These are used to strengthen and tone up particular muscle groups, improving posture, flexibility and core conditioning.

The class closes with a cool down and stretches.

As a mum herself, Mari-Anne understands the demands of a baby (or two), so if you need to stop and feed, cuddle or change a nappy, feel free.  We will keep stopping to do our toning exercises, so it’s easy to catch up.

Although sessions are taught in a group, the instructor will take the time to chat to you.  You can specify needs and concerns such as pelvic-floor education or push-chair posture.

The instructor will assess how hard to work each individual mum to ensure safety and to maximise results.
